Shop with our “No Hassle” refund policy – change you mind on any purchase, return it within 7 days and we will refund or credit - you choose.

Snow Board Suitability Guarantee
At Urban Edge we guarantee that your snowboard will perform to your satisfaction, however if it proves unsuitable and has been used less than 5 days we will credit you less a usage charge of 30% of the original purchase price.
• The decisions to purchase your new equipment is yours, at Urban Edge we will endeavour to supply you with all the necessary knowledge and support to make your decisions easier and informed;
• Receipt must be retained and presented;
• Valid only for the winter purchased;
• Impact damage / abuse and general ware and tear will be taken into account;
• No Cash or Credit Card refunds given, only in store credit to the maximum value of 70% of the original purchase price will be issued;

Snow Board Breakage Guarantee
Bend or break your board within the first winter and if its not covered by manufactures warranty we will at our disgression credit you 50% of the the original purchase price to put towards your new board.
• Receipt must be retained and presented;
• Valid for the winter purchased;
